From single vision to progressive vision, we offer a variety of lens options for our custom prescription lenses including:
- Polycarbonate lenses
- Trivex
- High Index 1.67
- Polarized lenses
- Transitions lenses
- Anti reflective coating
What frames are eligible?
What frames are eligible?
We make Rx lenses for glasses for most frame types. There are a few frames out there that we can’t:
- Large single lens shield sunglasses
- Very high base curves — over 10 ore more
How long does it take?

All USA orders have free standard shipping, are backed with free returns for the first 60 days and a 1-year warranty.
Turnaround time for our lab to craft and install your prescription eyeglass lenses is two weeks from receiving your frame.
Apex prescription lenses are only available in the USA. (Not available to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO)

We specialize in high scripts and often create lenses for prescriptions that other labs might turn away. Keep in mind that there are limitations or best practices when ordering lenses with higher power. If you need assistance, just reach out to us.

We carry colors that are our own and, unfortunately, we’re unable to match our lenses to your original. For help choosing the best color, please contact customer service.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process prescription lens order for international customers at this time. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.

Do I need to send my frames in?
No, you do not have to send in your frame anymore. While most companies still require your frames for prescription lenses, Apex Lenses is different. You can now order prescription lenses only, which makes the process much faster from start to finish.
